Soul Traders Drum - The Day of the Rabblement
Fantastic original folk/country acoustic style song called Soul Traders Drum by The Day of the Rabblement. Recorded live at the Wine Vaults, Southsea and it features on their debut album 'Night Time Rallies'. The Day of the Rabblement used to create amazing folk and acoustic style music including this song but this particular song has a country feel to it as well! The different types of guitars and the lead female vocals by Khaleda make this song really interesting and definitely very folksy! Khaleda Brophy-Harmer- lead vocals and guitar Danny Harmer- accordion and vocals Mac Brown- lead guitar and vocals Sean Brophy- bass guitar and vocals Rob Purkiss- drums and vocals

So many things I should have said, by Ariana May
'So many things I should have said' from the debut EP 'Perfect for You' by Ariana May. 'So many things I should have said' is an emotional song about the regret of keeping your words inside; it reflects how although we have so many thoughts inside our minds, sometimes it feels like our tongues are tied. This poignant song is wistful and emotional as it echoes how we overthink everything, however is encouraging as it tells us to "always speak whatever's in your mind". The EP 'Perfect for You' is a collection of three songs: 'Perfect for You', 'Embers of the Sun' and 'So many things I should have said'. Though each song has a different message, they all possess the same paradoxical moods of poignancy and optimism; inspiring us with courage for the future or comfort in our memories. All the songs revolve around relationships and how each moment in life shapes us and makes us stronger.
